All suitcases purchased from 25 July 2022 are covered for all functional damage — wheels, handles, telescopic systems, locks and hinges — for the lifetime of the case.
Coverage is activated automatically on purchase. Registering your serial number simply makes future claims faster.
Cosmetic wear such as dents and scratches — the marks of travel — are not considered functional damage, nor is damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair.
