Delivery options
- Standard: 3–5 business days, complimentary
- Express: 1–2 business days, fee shown at checkout
- Personalised orders: add 5–7 business days for hand-painting
Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 local time on a business day are prepared the same day. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Duties are calculated at checkout for regions where they apply, so nothing is payable on delivery.
