How a repair works

Describe the damage and share your serial number. Our Care Experts confirm whether the repair falls under the Lifetime Guarantee.

Bring the case to any WHREVR store or service point, or use the prepaid label we send you.

Our trained technicians replace wheels, handles, telescopic systems, locks and hinges with genuine parts.

Most repairs are completed within 5–10 business days and returned to you ready for the next journey.

Wipe the anodised shell with a soft damp cloth and dry at once. Dents and scratches are part of the story — never polish them out with abrasives.

Clean with mild soap and water. Avoid solvents, and store away from prolonged direct heat to protect the ridged shell.

Keep leather dry, treat occasionally with a neutral balm and let a patina develop naturally.

Rinse wheel bearings after sandy or salty travel. Retract the telescopic handle fully before checking in.

Spare parts

Wheels, TSA locks, telescopic handles and interior dividers are available for most models — including cases produced decades ago.
