Your Lifetime Guarantee is activated automatically at purchase — no steps required. Registering your serial number simply means we already have your case on file when you need a repair.
Where to find your serial number
- Open the suitcase and look inside the shell, near the hinge.
- On aluminium cases the number is engraved on the metal serial plate.
- On polycarbonate cases it is printed on a white label under the lining.
- The number has eight digits, for example 92556014.
