These terms govern the sale of products through this website. Please read them before placing an order.
Ordering
An order becomes binding once we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders where a product is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.
Prices and duties
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected region and include applicable taxes. Where duties and import fees apply, they are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Personalised or engraved items are excluded from withdrawal.
Guarantee
Suitcases purchased from 25 July 2022 carry the WHREVR Lifetime Guarantee on functional damage. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which your order is placed, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
